Refund Policy

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a paid Twitchspy subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops the next scheduled renewal charge. You will retain full access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, at which point your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

2. Statutory 14-day right (UK/EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory legal right to cancel your first purchase of a Pro subscription within 14 days of the purchase date. By logging in and using Twitchspy during this period, you explicitly request that we begin performance immediately. If you cancel within this 14-day window, we will refund the amount paid, minus a proportionate (pro-rata) amount for the days you had access to the Pro tools.

3. International users (Outside UK/EU)

If you reside outside the United Kingdom or the European Union (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, and Australia), all purchases are final. Because Twitchspy provides immediate access to digital data, metrics, and insights, we do not offer a cooling-off period or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once a transaction is processed.

4. Renewals after the first period

Because Twitchspy is a digital service used continuously throughout each active billing cycle, we do not offer refunds for billing periods that have already started once the initial 14-day statutory window (where applicable) has passed. You must cancel before your automated renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. A reminder will be sent prior to your renewal date.

5. Failed, duplicate or accidental charges

If you have been charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or the Service was completely unavailable for a prolonged period through no fault of yours, email contact@twitchspy.app within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@twitchspy.app from the email address associated with your Twitchspy account, quoting your Stripe receipt number. We aim to respond within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within Stripe's standard processing time (typically 5–10 working days).

7. Your other rights

Nothing in this policy affects your other statutory rights as a consumer under your local applicable laws.
